Donuts & Depression Event- 3/26/23

I am excited for the opportunity to partner again with Ms. Jillian Pelzer, MA, LPC and the CEO of Graceland Therapeutics for this amazing event! Donuts & Depression is a skills-based support group for adults 18+ struggling with depression. This is an intimate group of 12 participants was designed to teach coping skills for depression, discuss the ways in which depression presents in our daily lives and provide group members with the tools to face depression. The benefits of the group format are vast! However, the most significant benefits are the ability to connect with like-minded peers and heal in a supportive environment.
